So...I've been playing seriously (or, at least, attempting to) since the 3DS release. I would describe myself as a "level 1" player. To clarify, a level 0 player would be one that runs towards the opponent and presses A, or runs away and presses B. 
At the level that I'm currently at, I can just start to recognize my opponent's patterns, but I don't always know the best response to take control of the match. So, that's me. :D
The first main I chose was regular Samus. The problem is, as I've been growing as player, I feel more like I've been growing *away* from my chosen character, rather than getting better with her. So I've been shopping for another char to really learn on a deep level for the Wii U version (which should arrive later today, woo!)
As of right now, the 2 chars I'm most interested in are ZSS and Lucina/Marth. Rather than bore you with a bunch of words while I *attempt* to describe my playstyle, I'll just post a few matches from a few days ago against a player that is closer to my skill level. I also have a bunch of replays (where I lost) with a more skilled player who uses Marth regularly; I can post some of those as well once I record them if needed. All matches are post-patch.
So, what am I looking for?
Advice. How far away am I from an optimal playstyle with Lucina/Marth? Would it be better to continue practicing with ZSS primarily with Lucina/Marth on the side, or Lucina/Marth with ZSS on the side? Also, constructive critique is very welcome.
