...I'm reading 2Ch right now, and some anonymous dude just confirmed the 35-char roster over there (probably just somebody ****ing with them though, anonymous guy with no pics or video). Apparently Rob's name in Japanese is ジャイロロボ (Gyro-robo)?

The next 10 posts all roughly translate to "OH HELL NO!" "I can't believe!" "I don't want to believe!"

This doesn't confirm anything, it's probably just somebody trolling them, but just know that even if separated by a vast ocean, the Japanese are united with us in hoping that ROB doesn't beat out Ridley.

If anyone does want ROB in Brawl, they're being quiet about it, lest they be killed by a mob of angry fans. I expect this to happen to anyone who expresses joy over his inclusion.

I think ROB in Brawl can be fun. The thing that makes me mad is that a character like Ridley might get the shaft (he does look too big in that pic, larger than Bowser) over another link (windwaker Link) or another psi-boy (Lucas) or two other space animals (Falco and Wolf).

But then again most people did want the game choked full of FE and Starfox characters regardless if their movesets might be similar.

So I think the popular vote won, but hopefully other flavorful characters like Balloonfighter and Sukapon will squeak in.
