Smash Lord
Excitebiker is the playable character in the NES game Excitebike. The game was released in 1984 in Japan and 1985 in America. You may wander what this characters relevancy is. Well he is a retro character so he will not be recent so all in all it is just up to Sakarai.

ground attacks
neutral: punches forward tyice
forward tilt: leans forward and punches both hands out
down tilt: the front wheel will spin
up tilt: upercuts over his head
dash: motorcycle skids to a stop with the biker swinging his hands forward
aerial attacks
neutral: he leans into his bike and does a quick 360 backflip
forward: does a wheely in the air with his tires spining
down: he pops his whole bike down having a metior
up: swings his hand over his head doing a rock and roll sign
back: he swings his bike backwards and brings it back under him
smash attacks
forward: he shoots forward alittle bit doing a small hop
down: he leans into his bike and does a horizontal 360
up: he pops a quick wheelie
other attacks
fallen: he punches in front of himself then behind himself
ledge attack: he flips up onto the stage with his bike
100% ledge attack: he crawls up onto the stage and smashes it onto the stage
special attacks
neutral: he grabs a motorcycle wheel out of no where and rolls it infront of him the progectile is affected by gravity and is slow moving
side: he uses his torbo to zoom forward faster than usual and a bar appears under him gradualy geting lower, if you use the move till the bar runs out he overheats and you have to wait a long time for it to cool down the move puts him in a helpless state
down: he does a wheelie for a short amount of time gaining invincability and if he is hit he will slam down doing 1.25 times the damage of the attack
up: a hill appears in front of him that he runs up and ramps off of puting him in a helpless state when he is finished
final smash: Super Mode, the excitabiker zooms around the stage jumping and wheeling around realy fast doing suvere knockback
taunts
one: holds up a rock and roll hand sign
two: does a wheelie with his back tire
three: spins around wildly[/collapse]
