Location of studio

When Nintendo opened that studio in 2005, where in Takadanobaba, Tokyo, Japan did the dev. team create SSBB? Does anyone here know?

I was thinking about maybe it would be possible to find document(s) of the offices Nintendo opened. idk what else to do, unless there someone here who is familiar with that area of Tokyo... or at least resides in the city.
