Loading vBrawl Through Stage Editor

Are there any packages that let me load vBrawl (with my own textures/music) without using Homebrew? My friends don't want Homebrew on their wiis.

I've searched places and I've come to the conclusion that I, honestly, have no idea where to look.

I can't find any packages for plain vBrawl.
