Load Balancer - Site Upgrade Complete

We have made two additional server upgrades to help with site-performance. First, we are now using a load balancer that will help keep the site speedy during peak times, especially since Brawl is coming out soon in the US. Second, we are now using a Giga-bit switch so we have more bandwidth. We should be able to increase the quality of our podcasts once again.
