I think it would be great to have a post where anyone could ask question and have others in the community help out! I myself, have a question I can't find the answer to anywhere!! How does one split the player cams in half from one camera at tournament live streams? Is there an easy way to do this in Open Brodcasting Software?

There should be a way to limit what section of the input you want on stream. Idk what this function is tho. Try setting the camera up twice in OBS (putting two of the same input onto the canvas), and choosing which side you want.

Also, ayyyy LayZ. Tell Synovial hello.

Yeah you could probably just put the cam in twice and crop the sides you don't want (I believe you hold shift and the resize) but you could probably find much better help for this sort of thing on the OBS forums.
FYI most bigger tournies use two individual cameras.

Thanks! I appreciate it! But... Do they have 3 cameras then? Because after sets, you see both of them.... Hm.... I was assuming they just split the camera footage somehow

my question is how using a mixer do they get it to the commentators hear each other and dont pick each other up in there mics, like i know how to set two mics up on a mixer and have a mixer be used with obs but how do i get each mic as a sound source so they can hear each other

.... Huh.... Maybe the headphones just aren't noise cancelling?

The headphones just aren't noise canceling but the mics are good enough not to pick up far away sound.
