You got a lot of work to do. I suggest you start from the start. Read up on wavedashing/l-canceling and watch vids.

Wow. Um. Where to start.

Learn to SH, FF, SHFFL, wavedash...

You know what. Just watch the AHTP by Wak and start using the moves you see in the video into your game play.
