Hey I don't know if this is common knowledge but I haven't seen anything about it...

Basically when you are link if you "time" his up b in air right so that you will land of the very edge of a platform/ledge if you are continually moving in that direction and you land right on the edge (where you would normally be on one foot if you stood there) if you keep your momentum throughout the up b in that direction and land on the edge you will slide off and can immediately do follow up moves once you do the little slide... its pretty cool... and i dont even main link by any means haha

You mean something like this?

all characters can slip off the edge to have no lag from up B but its really hard with some. Atleast I think they can it seems logical.

i am wondering what are the frames on Falcons Upb landing lag? it doesn't seem like a lot but im just curious
3 frames if he lands before the entire UpB animation finishes; 16 frames if he does so after the UpB animation has finished (same even if you fast fall).

well, we where specifically talking about Yoshi's ability to escape Falcons basic Fthrow--> Usmash--> 4-5 Uair combos

MattNF says Yoshi has a means of escaping these combos, and i would like to know how and why :o

Remember this is without DI

That's because Yoshi's weight isn't the same as Link's or Falcon's, and *maybe* he gets less stun from Falcon's Uairs, I guess o_O
