Greetings. I just want to say hello and invite you to TheSpeedGamers' Zelda Marathon, which is Streamed LIVE, 13th March 2009, 6PM CST.
Their plan is to play all 13 Zelda games in •72 hours•, starting at 6PM CST.
The Speed Gamers had their first Marathon (also the Zelda series) on March 14th 2008, and have raised over $15,000 for various charities to date.
The charity which to receive all of the donations will be Ally's House (www.allyshouse.net), a group which helps with medical and other expenses of the families with children undergoing Cancer treatment.
The 13 games being played will be:
* The Legend of Zelda
* Zelda II: The Adventure of Link
* A Link to the Past
* Link's Awakening
* The Ocarina of Time (Master Quest)
* Majora's Mask
* Oracle of Ages
* Oracle of Seasons
* The Wind Waker
* The Minish Cap
* Twilight Princess
* Phantom Hourglass
* Four Swords Adventures
And yes, all this is planned to be played in 72 hours!
