Light Shield + Shine work vs Marth?

Just wondering... if they dont sweet spot they get knocked back and I could shine correct? or could they still recover?

Yea it works, but its silly and takes time to set-up unless they are really low. Sometimes they'll hit your shield and grab the edge before you can shine them. What ends up happening:

they ledge-hop nair, it hits you, you get edge-guarded and die.

Its safer to do the lightshield edge-hog.
