Level 9 CPUs are a lot less haxy after the last patch

It seems like the actually predict things now. And the frame one dodges and shields are a lot less prominent. It's almost like playing against an actual person! They're alot better for training now and for people like me who can't play against actual people I would actually recommend playing against leven nines.

Heres a thing iv'e noticed:

They occasionally air dodge in anticipation of an attack. I noticed this when fighting a meta night cpu. Every time he was landing on stage i would use a quick up smash and he would always air dodge and punish me. I decided to test something and i charged up my up smash after 2 times of just throwing it real quick. He airdodged while i was charging it and i was able to hit him in his landing lag. almost as if i was able to bait him.

Anyone else noticed anything different about level nines?

I also had one perfect shield 3 weak downtilts from Ryu in a row... maybe they are better than before but they're still stupid.
