Hello there! I am Dattix, which is short for my real name.

I played Smash on and off as a kid, and really enjoyed Melee and Brawl despite never doing them competitively. I never owned a WiiU, so I skipped Smash 4 while I focused on Team Fortress 2, but now that I have a Switch I thought I might as well return to one of my favorite series and throw down with like-minded folks.

Now, I'm not too interested in super-high-level-MLG tourneys and matches, although that doesn't mean I don't want to git gud. I just want to grow and get the most enjoyment out of the game as possible, and this place seemed a better place to do so than the meme-filled Smash Ultimate subreddit.

Outside of Smash, I mostly work outdoors through an AmeriCorp program, and hail from the beautiful Wenatchee Valley. My other lifelong loves are Kirby, Pokemon and Touhou.

But, enough about me. Let's make some noise!
