I understand that there is an audio hack thread already and I'm aware you can make requests; However, I find this to be more convenient.

Is there anyone who could make me an audio file to replace Ready, Go! with Let's GOOOOOOO from "Tears don't fall" by Bullet for my valentine. I would greatly appreciate it if it could kind of fade out also.

doubt it, ready... and go are separate sound files, you would have to split it between the two which is totally possible but I don't think they transition smoothly, you would probably end up with something like let's gooo (short silence)... oooo!
