So, for the heck of it, I decided to get accurate measurements for every big Legendary Pokémon in the games*.

Here's what I got, and a number of them are pretty absurd, realistically speaking. :p

* - "Big Legendary" refers to version mascots or otherwise important Legendary Pokémon
(Tonnes are in metric, just to clarify)
Kanto Legendaries:
Articuno - 5'7'' tall, 122.1 lbs (0.05 tonnes): Too heavy to fly with it's lack of musculature.
Moltres - 6'7'' tall, 132.3 lbs (0.06 tonnes): Same problem as Articuno, except now it has no wing feathers to help provide lift.
Zapdos - 5'3'' tall, 116 lbs (0.05 tonnes): Ditto the other two, but this time it's wing is just designed all sorts of wrong. Jagged feathers look cool, but they do little for, well, flight.
Mewtwo - 6'7'' tall, 269 lbs (0.12 tonnes): Probably one of the few decently plausible weights of the series, really. :p
Mew - 1'4'', 8.8 lbs (0.003 tonnes): For an animal like that, 8.8 pounds must mean either Mew has some really light body design or the weight here is when it's floating.

Johto Legendaries:
Lugia - 17'1'' tall, 479.2 lbs (0.21 tonnes) - Ironically, Lugia is actually plausible in weight; the largest flying animal known (Quetzalcoatlus) is between 440- 550 pounds (0.19-0.24 tonnes).
Ho-Oh - 12'6'' tall, 438.7 lbs (0.198 tonnes) - Same thing with Ho-Oh, who's also light enough to fly.
Entei - 6'11'' tall, 436.5 lbs (0.197 tonnes) - The largest cats known, American lions, weight at most 351 lbs; Entei is almost twice that weight and is smaller than the largest American lion. Goddamn, there must be a lot of muscle under that body.
Raikou - 6'3'' tall, 392.4 lbs (0.177 tonnes) - Slightly more reasonable in weight, but still pretty hefty for a cat that's in the small side of the American lion's range.
Suicune - 6'7'' tall, 412.3 lbs (0.18 tonnes) - Again, where is all the muscle making this thing so heavy? That svelte body can't he hiding that much, can it?
Celebi - 2'0'' tall, 11 lbs (0.004 tonnes) - 11 lbs? A howler monkey is smaller than Celebi is and it weighs, at minimum, 14 lbs. Celebi is positively anorexic.

Hoenn Legendaries:
Kyogre - 14'9'' tall, 776 lbs (0.35 tonnes) - 14'9'' and....776 lbs? An orca, despite being smaller in height, weighs almost 17 times as much as Kyogre does! Kyogre is just a few hundred pounds heavier than Wailord, who is already far less dense than hydrogen gas...so Kyogre would literally be unable to submerge itself. Nice water balloon god you got there, Hoenn!
Groudon - 11'6'' tall, 2,094 lbs (2.94 tonnes) - Okay, so we just established that Kyogre is hilariously light for it's massive size, but Groudon is actually rather solid. At 11 feet tall, Groudon is just a few feet shorter than a maximum-size Tyrannosaurus' hip; Tyrannosaurus is, at that size, was around or exceeding 9 tonnes. Unlike Kyogre, though, Groudon at least is more dense then air at his size.
Rayquaza - 23'0'' tall/long, 455.2 lbs (0.206 tonnes) - .....If I wasn't aware that the height is likely just having a vertically-stretched Rayquaza, I'd have called shenanigans on that weight, but it's length and not height. Rayquaza's actual height (ie: from the bottom of it's stomach to the top of it's head) is actually pretty small; just around 6.5-7 feet (1.98-2.13 metres). You'd literally be just tall enough to fit on a Rayquaza if it was real.
Jirachi - 1'0'' tall, 2.4 lbs (0.001 tonnes) - ....2.4 lbs for 1 foot in height? Yeah, Jirachi is fairly obviously less dense then air. :p
Deoxys - 5'7'' tall, 134 lbs (0.06 tonnes) - Deoxys is an interesting case, because it fairly obviously is rather svelte and it's other forms don't change much about that. It's weight is also unreliable to check, since it's...well, an alien.

Sinnoh Legendaries:
Dialga - 17'9'' tall, 1505.8 lbs (0.68 tonnes) - Well, Dialga is actually somewhat decent for it's size....at first glance. 17 feet is around the size of some small-ish sauropods (like Camarasaurus), though Dialga, like Kyogre, is criminally light; a Camarasaurus is 47 tonnes (47,000 kg, or 103,617 lbs), while Dialga is 0.68 tonnes. That means a Camarasaurus is 31 times heavier than Dialga. Talk about an anorexic legendary.
Palkia - 13'9'' tall, 740.8 lbs (0.33 tonnes) - Like Dialga, Palkia is criminally light; Palkia is 2 feet and 3 inches taller than Groudon but is actually 8.9 times lighter than it. That says more than I ever could.
Giratina - 14'9'' tall, 1653.5 lbs (0.74 tonnes) - Giratina is also criminally light for such a stature; but at least for Giratina, it makes some amount of sense, since he also comes from it's own dimension. Still, though...
Arceus - 10'9'' tall, 705.5 lbs (0.32 tonnes) - Yeah, no. If Groudon is 11'6'' and 2.94 tonnes, than Arceus has no excuse to be 1.06 times smaller and 9.1 times lighter than Groudon. Even with a svelte build, that is absurd.

Unova Legendaries:
Reshiram - 10'6'' tall, 727.5 lbs (0.33 tonnes) - Well, Reshiram makes Arceus look even more anorexic, despite being only one tonne heavier and three inches shorter. Though, really, Reshiram should be around Groudon's weight.
Zekrom - 9'6'' tall, 760.6 lbs (0.34 tonnes) - Huh, Zekrom is actually smaller than Reshiram. The upright stance lies!
Kyurem - 9'10'' tall, 716.5 lbs (0.32 tonnes) - Welp, Kyurem is actually lighter than Zekrom and Reshiram, despite being taller than Zekrom.

Kalos Legendaries:
Xerneas - 9'10'' tall, 474 lbs (0.21 tonnes) - And then Xerneas goes and ties Kyurem's height while being 1.5 times lighter than Kyurem. At least the gracile cervid body makes that weight seem plausible...
Yveltal - 19'0'' long, 13 feet tall, 447.5 lbs (0.20 tonnes) - Yveltal is so goddamn scrawny-wait, that's length-wise. Compared to the player (a 10-year old child), I've deduced that Yveltal is approximately 13-14 feet tall standing on it's legs. That's about Quetzalcoatlus range, like Lugia; so Yveltal could exist.
Zygarde - 16'5'' tall, 672.4 lbs (0.30 tonnes) - Zygarde is...well, actually pretty decent. He's not insanely heavy or light for his size, so he's actually pretty solid in that sense.

1. Heights for Birds is actually Wingspan.
2. You're complaining about a lot of weights not making sense in a game where these things are jumping through holes in time and space to fire giant beams at you.
