Let's talk about ledge hogging with Bowser.
What is the new fortress hog timing?
How often do you hog the ledge?
is it better on certain stages?
Are there match-ups where ledge hogging is ineffective?
Down-b ledge hog vs Fair spam.
How to deal with those pesky tethers.
What do you do to opponents on stage from the ledge?
What do you do to opponents off stage from the ledge?

Run into ledge > Up B when you're about to fall off for fastest, safest edgehog. Practice with Link's Up B to get a good idea of what should be happening.

Very often in <2.6b. Rarely for edgeguard situations in 3.0.

Yes. On small stages like Warioware or Yoshi's Story it's very helpful since you can regrab the ledge no matter where you Up B on the stage.

Yes.. It's very ineffective vs projectile users that can just pluck you out of the ledge at a safe distance, like Zelda/Mario/Rob/Link/etc

Down-B ledgehog is grand vs characters that can't do much about it or ones that can't reach the ledge or stage fast enough. It's Risky vs spacies because you run the risk of getting ledge-hogged yourself if they snap to the ledge with a quick Side-B. I wouldn't recommend fair spam.. A single bair usually does what you're trying to accomplish with a lot of fairs.

Grab the ledge, of course. They have to forcibly jump back onstage and suffer a lot of lag. Jump and hit them with whatever.

Get up attack / ledgejump > any action / ledgejump waveland into stage > jab or tilt / drop down jump > fair or side b.

Get up attack / ledgejump or drop off jump bair or nair or uair depending on how they're trying to recover / ledgejump waveland into stage and reverse ftilt or dtilt, etc. You will have to be original on these last 2 questions cause Bowser is easily punishable, do simple things and you're bound to get punished hard.
