Learning Greninja Better - Switching Mains

Hello! I recently dropped DHD on 3DS because he's a lot harder to control without a GameCube controller and I really like the way Greninja plays. Can anyone give me the best throw combos and match ups that Greninja has? I've been jumping around on practice getting some Edge-Guards and he plays a bit like Sheik but better imo.
