Hi, Ive recently start to play melee again. Ive started to realize I want to be good, but I need to learn. I know some techniques like wave dashing, Crouch canceling ETC. The problem is I want to learn more and apply them into my matches. Thank you

There are tons of video tutorials online on how to learn and apply new tech, especially for a popular competitive character like Marth. True application of tech really only comes from practicing against actual people. Knowing how to do it in training mode or against a CPU, and doing it against a player are two completely different beasts.

Here's some videos to help you learn more:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFCQIAnYUMM (This one is 2 and a half hours long, so maybe don't try to take it all in at once)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkI8krzFrro

And if you look at those people's channels, I'm sure you'll find a lot more helpful videos.

Hope this helped.

This might be subjective, but I learned how to apply wavedashing in actual games by playing as Marth and challenging myself to never intentionally leave the ground

This could be subjective too, but for me when I'm practicing Yoshi tech, I like to slow it down first and then eventually go to normal speed.
