could i get some advice? the whole everyone facing each other randomly won't work since a pro could just face a bunch of people without skill and then face someone good at the end?

Isn't that the whole point of a tournament?

I don't see how people would argue, if they were cocky and wanted to go to pro that would just put them against harder people and they'd get eliminated earlier
