I have been playing fox alot lately and i see use lasers, all over the boards. all i use them for is to make an oponent go on the offensive and attack me. what else can i use them for and why are they so good.

Lasers deal damage.

Damage = good, last time I checked. Free damage = really good, I'm guessing.

yea but i could easily just attack and deal damage.

But i'm sure you'd rather damage your opponent with a lower risk of getting killed or damaged...Unless you're suicidal or soemthing.

You can also kill someone with a sword instead of a gun, but that's illogical.

In a world of Lids, assassinations would be more interesting.

That, my friend, is why lasers rule.

In this game, you're generally at a pretty big disadvantage when you approach.

Lasers + Fox's speed = Many characters must approach

I can think of only a few exceptions, like Falco or Captain Falcon, that can force Fox to approach because of a superior projectile and excessive speed...respectively
