The CPU and RAM should be totally fine, the graphics are kinda eh (not a huge deal but you might not be able to render fountain and certain moves may cause some lag), but most importantly I have doubts about the screen. Chances are there'll be a good amount of input delay and it may not even refresh at 60Hz, so it won't feel like really playing Melee. This is a common thing with these types of laptops.

However, thankfully all of those potential problems can be circumvented by connecting your laptop to a CRT or a CRT monitor. Connecting to a CRT requires a few things and is probably somewhat pricy, so I would suggest you try to find a monitor (I found one in my basement). If that works out you will have a virtually lagless Melee experience, possibly even better than a normal CRT setup.

The CPU is the only relevant factor for Dolphin with current hardware (Intel HD 4600+ is good enough for Dolphin, doesn't require much graphics since the GPU is emulated via CPU, GPU just deals with basic rendering and enhancements). Also, Dolphin only needs like 2GB of RAM and nothing is made with under that anymore.

That being said, the CPU is a 5th generation Intel processor which is good for Dolphin as they have fast single thread performance. However it is a U series model which is ultra low voltage meaning they are designed to throttle under load which can be bad for a CPU demanding program like Dolphin. Keeping in mind its under the broadwell architecture though, it's probably fine. You could go with an i7 4700/4800MQ/HQ or something instead if you want, but like I said, it's probably fine.

Yeah there's probably input delay with any laptop and there's no documentation of lag on individual laptop screens so it doesn't really matter. If it bothers you hook up to a CRT monitor like the poster above said.
