Lagless Get-up for GnW?

MySmashCorner released a new tech today. If you haven't seen it yet, watch the vidoe above, it looks very promising. Unfortunately, GnW is not on the list of characters that can do this yet, so I'm making this thread as a hub for R&D on the subject. Can you guys figure out how to do this?

Also, I cant test it out myself since I don't have a Wii U

I spent a fair amount of time getting this lagless get up with G&W. Sadly, I have never gotten it. I got it a few times as Marth, but G&W... nope. Not even on tilted lylat.

So G&W doesn't help this tech at all.
