This information comes directly from www.brawlcentral.com

I thought it should be re-posted here for those of you who don't check Brawl Central.

Chris from BrawlCentral.com said:
I was just emailed by one of my reliable contacts from Japan, Kashikomarima****a (the guy who gaves us the CoroCoro scans both times), and he bought the latest Famitsu magazine. Here's some images, and below them is what was said in the magazine:

*pics*

-Final Destination is now 100% completely confirmed.
-The ordering for character weight that was shown a few days ago lists the percentages that it takes to KO that character with Mario's Side Smash from the center of Final Destination.
-The best three attacks listed for each character tell which attacks have the most knockback, and what percentage they can KO Mario from the center of Final Destination.
-Wall Clinging is confirmed.
-All of the smashes listed are uncharged.
-Mario can be KO'd at 17% by a fully charged side smash from King Dedede. So from the characters we know, Dedede's fully charged Side Smash is the most powerful move in the game.
-The Pokemon Trainer's pokemon all get fatigued at about 2 minutes, even if you dont move them. They all show visible signs of fatigue: Charizard lowers his head and wings.
Squirtle drops his front hands to the ground. Ivysaur's bulb withers.
-The Fanmitsu magazine confirms the starting roster is the 23 characters on the Dojo. (minus Snake and Sonic, and including Zero Suit Samus and Sheik)
-Once fatigued, a Pokemon becomes much slower.
-If you do an aerial dodoge the precise moment before you are hit by an opponent, it will reverse the attack.
-The game allows you to access the rules menu directly from the character select screen.
-When Sheik attacks with certain items such as the Star Rod and Beam Sword, she swings upward twice with a single motion.
-The damage percentages were determined in training mode against a dummy CP and do not take DI in to account.
-Wario's bite can swallow and destroy items and projectiles thrown at him. Everytime he does this, he takes 6% damage.
-The magazine makes no mention of being able to start as Zero Suit Samus at the start of a match.

AAAANNND he's fast. Redundant much?
I think you're looking for a word more along the lines of "oxymoron." But yeah. Although given SSB tends to make larger characters slow and small characters fast, its not really surprising (especially since Charizard's bulk made him the obvious choice for slowest of the Trainer's Pokèmon).

I'm right here! What a silly question.
We've got to remember that these are strictly KOing percentages (I'm assuming side or up KO), so we don't know which ones "effectively" KO, like knocking opponents so far, that although they are not KOed immediately, they are unable to recover, or being probably insanely slow attacks (although Zelda's f/bair 67% looks ********).

*cheers for Ivysaur*

This was a really cool chunk of information. There's a lot of stuff in there I wouldn't have expected...look at how much power Olimar has! Unless that's just for purples.

Incidently, was there ever a list like this made for Melee? I'd love to be able to see the changes in the numbers between the games.

Anyone ever heard of this "aerial reversal" thing? Sounds like a similar mechanic to power shielding, but the aerial version. It says Zero Suit Samus was not specifically mentioned being selectable, but they include her in the starting roster numbers (like Shiek, unlike Pokemon Trainer), plus a seeming ease to do all those field tests for data. Thoughts on this?

You could check Mew2king's site. Not sure what it is though.

Yeah I thought about the aerial reversal thing too... Very strange. And I'm really wondering about ZSS because unlike everyone else, her two strongest moves in terms of knockback were B moves.

Wait a second here... it says Sheik's up B is her second strongest move.

Her up B. Vanish. A teleportation move.

...wow. She must have been hit with the nerf stick pretty **** hard.

Or her up special got hit by the buff bat?! Hmm...

Either way, wall clinging sounds awesome, I definitely envision it like the wall jumps in Sunshine/Galaxy/New Bros.

Overall it seems like defense will play a much more unique and vital role in Brawl.

These percentage refer to uncharged moves. So Shieks up B is stronger then her uncharged Side A Smash. However, the magazine says a fully charged Side A KOs Mario at 97%
As for a charged Up A, it can KO at 56%

Given that at E4all it was said that DIing seemed much easier, I want to see how these numbers stack up when we actually get the game. Some of this stuff might end up being not true when you get people DIing well and using smart recoveries.

That's the reason Samus lives so long in Melee. On paper she gets KOed at a decent percent. But a good player can DI and use her wide recovery mindgames to stay alive long past when she should get KOed (unless you KO her up, lol).
