Who the hell is he?​

Knack is the main protagonist of the eponymous series. The first Knack was launched and intended to be a revival of platforming, only possible on the PlayStation 4. The game also had a sequel later on, simply titled Knack II.​

Why him?​

Along with being a beloved PlayStation platforming mascot, Knack would make for a unique move set, what with his different transformations like Ice Knack, Metal Knack, Wood Knack, and Stealth Knack. He can also make use of his quadruple jump, putting him on the same tier as a character like Pit. Combat in the iconic Knack character action series is all about observation and evasion, and this can translate well to Smash. They can even use his many Sunstone attacks.​
