Now after the new Metaknight update and Sakurai weird reference to one of Kirby's hats in a previous game about one of Metaknight's new moves:

"This is a move you use to glide. It’s kind of like Kirby’s wing ability." -Sakurai

It got me thinking about something I've already been thinking of. Okay, with the inclusion of King Dedede, it looks like it may be a bit awkward if Kirby's Righ B move from Melee would be kept for Brawl. It is in essence King Dedede's Hammer and plus it wasn't a very useful move and would more appropiate as a right A move.

Now we know that Kirby still has the move from this picture:

But we also know that moves have changed (Mario's tornado spin was made into an A move to make room for his new FLUDD capabilities:

So why not change Kirby's Right B? If they haven't already done so. There must be a reason why we haven't seen Kirby's updated moves, and he didnt' appear in the playable demo version at E3.

Now back to the top and the reference to Kirby's Wing Ability. I'm thinking that Kirby may get some new hats in Brawl.

What if for his right B move: he pulls out certain hats from previous games?

Drawbacks:
-Everytime you press use the special move, a random hat will be pulled out
-the acquired ability from the standard B move will disappear.
-maybe there will be a stamina effect on certain hats making there abilities grow weaker if used too frequently
-it will be replaced if standard B is used to suck someone up.

Just an idea. I know not the best one...

There's a subspace emissary video featuring kirby and he used his hammer in the air. I doubt they'd make two different moves with the same animation but its a possibility

The hammer is still in. Kirby used it against Petey Pirahna in SE. We can see however that the move actually changed and seems more effective.

Plus, there will probably be big differences between Kirby's side b hammer and Dedede's neutral b move. We still don't know what is this move yet.
