Kirby T Pose glitch gone wrong

When playing as Kirby, King D3, and the T Pose glitch (find out here http://gamebanana.com/gamefiles/4778 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DGZUE_i3wH8) Kirby will be invincible (not getting killed by anything)


How to Do :

Go to training
Select Kirby as Player 1
Select King D3 as Player 2
Pick any stage you want
Set 1 more King D3 in Training (One Kirby and Two King D3)
Swallow King D3 (i dont care which one)
Player 1 will walk to King D3 face to face
Swallow King D3
Kirby will be immune

Tried it, it doesn't let you swallow the second Dedede. Does this work on vanilla Smash or is it just a side effect of mods?

It doesnt work on a unhacked smash 4
