Kink in my neck

I have a god-awful kink in my neck. I look like an idiot keeping my head tilted to the left.

Put a heat pad on the spot that it hurts and take tylenol. When you sleep, sleep propped up.

Actually, I got it during track. But why would going outside help? I would imagine resting it would be better.
