Kill Percents for all relevant moves

Kill percents on all moves/hitboxes that can hit and kill a grounded opponent at 999%.

Multihit moves were tested using the last hitbox only. For attacks such as usmash and the Mechakoopa, only the final hit was considered. The other hits were added on to the existing percentage.

??? indicate hitboxes that should theoretically kill but are almost impossible to land on a standing opponent.

~~NOTE: CURRENT AS OF v1.0.8/v1.0.9~~

Testing was done in Training mode, from the respawn position on Omega Gaur Plain against a standing level 1 Mario CPU.

All smashes are uncharged.

Uh... Kinda just wandered in and the thing is that the Wii U version has significantly smaller blastzones. Like, you'll KO 15/20% sooner on most attacks, and obviously that's before freshness and rage.

If you want, you can test them. I'll add it to the OP, but this took a long time and I don't really want to do the same tedium over and over again.

Treat these as a percentage you know will definitely kill, even if the move is completely stale.

As I have decided that I have nothing better to do, I'm working on the Wii U percentages using the same technique on Final Destination. I may also include percentages from the edge for moves that hit horizontally.

Does the sideb do more damage if you're holding that direction? Am I reading that right from the bottom of the first post?
Yes, that's correct. Without holding, it does 4-5%, and if you do hold, it does 6-7%.

I think. That's what testing resulted in, at least.

Something I just noticed and should probably clear up, but when I was testing I noticed that the spin out damage is independent of the speed. It depends on when the move connects, the earlier hitboxes doing more damage. An example would be that doing the slow Clown Kart Dash, you can still get the 12% spinout, so this could be a good mixup to bait out a spot dodge to still get the high damage spinout. In theory.

Bowser Jr. has recently gotten a buff to the clown cannon, now killing earlier as follows in the Wii U version... (The order is percent from middle, percent from ledge)

No Charge (7% -> 8%): 254, 184
No Charge (Falling) (4% -> 5%): 341, 248
Half Charge (12% -> 14%): 153, 107
Full Charge (18% -> 20%): 106, 72

I would say that this is a pretty significant buff, but it's still the cannon.

it appears that No Speed SideB kills at 294 instead for 298 while max speed still kills at 210%
I just tested it again and it killed at 299 (the 4% hit). Now I'm a little confused. Are you using the 4% or the 5% hit?

I am using the 4% hit with "controll" as CPU behavior and Mario on FD
I think I figured it out. If I start as close to Mario as possible without getting the 5% hit, it kills at 294. If I start from the ledge, it kills at 299.

EDIT: The distance between you and the opponent matters, the farther away you are the later it kills. Each hotbox also seems to kill earlier as well. I'm not sure if it's true, but the percentages point towards that.
