I feel like my Falcon has hit a plateau, where theres not much I can learn until I can play consistent. My friend even back me up now that its a legit john when my falcon is not playing as good as it can. There are days my falcon pressure is amazing, then immediately the next day the flow doesn't feel right, and I keep having predictable approaches. I know my DI and a few other adv. tech aren't consistent or fully applied, but I also know there is a gap in skill demostrated on my on days and off days. What I really want to ask is if there is a way to get warmed up with falcon and stay warmed up. I mainly feel it is a mental thing more than a tech thing. I hope someone can give me insight.

Is this an issue at tournies, or in friendlies?
If it is in friendlies, you don't have anything to prove to anyone about how good you are. Just try to keep that in the back of your head. Also, it is important to stay relaxed during a match. There's no pressure in friendlies. Nothing is on the line.

Being able to tech consistently is a pretty big deal with Falcon, and sometimes you'll just have a bad day. Totally normal, and I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Its a mental thing

Dont worry about it too much

no human player can play with 100% consistency

that is very difficult/ almost impossible

what you can always do is play to your best ability given whatever situation and not worry about whats bad about your play and focus on the good/ what can be improved

I realize the days when I don't get a lot of sleep and have low energy or a long day of classes or even a bad day affects how I play. There are days when I get good sleep and I have high energy and my Falcon Tech and Pressure is on point. It could be that and/or a mental block of some sort.
