Roserade *Leaf Dance* @Choice Specs
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Ability: Natural Cure

Hidden Power [Electric]
Leaf Storm
Weather Ball
Shadow Ball

FINALLY, something good to start out with. A Choice Specs Leaf Strom is as dangerous as a SpecsMence's Draco Meteor (Only off by 2 points). Hidden Power Ice is for Dragon leads who Roserade can easily outspeed and take out pretty quickly. Hidden Power Electric takes out Gyardos leads who only have a 12% chance of being OHKO'd by Leaf Storm. After that, they can Dragon Dance once and take out Roserade. Instead of have Mesprit damaged to the point where she can't counter anything else, I can OHKO Gyarados from the start. Roserade can outspeed any and all neutral base 100's and be able to basicly OHKO them. I used to fear Bellyzard leads until I found this set. Hidden Power Electric is just as useful on Charizard as Sludge Bomb is. Shadow Ball takes out other Roserade leads. Weather Ball is just for later whenever Roserade gets back in. Sludge Bomb is nearly an OHKO on the flaming *******. This lead has been tested and proven to work.

Lopunny *Sexy Can I* @Leftovers
Jolly Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 40 SpD / 216 Spe
Ability: Cute Charm

Healing Wish
Encore
Focus Punch
Magic Coat

Yeah... so, I decided to redo my entire view on Lopunny. Outspeeding positive base 100's is fun. Jolly Garchomp isn't going to like this Lopunny, anyway. After seeing the lack of Switcheroo, my opponent WILL switch it in. It usually tries to hit Lopuuny after Lopunny can Encore, however, since Lopunny is moving last, I can Encore and get out. Magic Coat may be replaced with Mirror Coat, however, it does nice when things try to put some type of status on Lopunny. Focus Punch stays no matter what. With the amount of Lucario, Tyranitar and Weavile switch ins I see these days, Focus Punch was able to demolish them both. Healing Wish heals up any damage of anyone else on my team who can be of use when Lopunny's not. I usually wait until I'm sure that Lopunny shouldn't be used anymore.

Lanturn @Damp Rock
Calm Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 164 Def / 92 SpD
Ability: Volt Absorb

Surf
Thunder
Rest
Rain Dance

My new status absorber. It also serves as my Magnezone counter, defense against Weavile and BoltBeamers and special wall. Thunder and Surf are for STAB and Vaporeon. I just setup Rain Dance when I need to.

Weavile *Ichigo* @Leftovers
Jolly Nature
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Ability: Pressure

Ice Punch
Punishment
Substitute
Focus Punch

I haven't exactly gotten positive comments about this set... It works. Punishment is more powerful than a Pursuit and its BP raises higher than one Night Slash after my opponent gets a single stat boost under their belt. It's been able to OHKO a full HP Cresselia after Lopunny Encored it into 6 Calm Minds, maxing Punishment's base power to heights higher than Explosion and you're still not adding the fact that anything that's weak to it is basicly dead already. This includes any stat boost from items as well.

Mesprit @Leftovers
Quiet Nature
Evs: 252 HP / 192 Def / 64 SpA
Ability: Levitate

Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave
Rain Dance

It's stayed on my team for so long. I was gonna try Double Battles for a change, andI put Protect in. I gave up on Double Battles and decided to stay single. I forgot to re-teach Mesprit U-Turn and I went into a battle with Protect still on. Scouting what my opponent will do next can be useful with Mesprit. Mainly a Gyarados, Azelf, Infenape and Garchomp counter Mesprit also sets up a second Rain Dance.

Raikou @ Leftovers
Timid Nature
EVs: 224 Spe / 252 SpA / 32 Def
Ability: Pressure

Thunder
Hidden Power [Water]
Calm Mind
Substitute

Just regular, old Calm Mind Raikou. Hidden Power gets a boost from the Rain Dance, Thunder gets STAB and 100% accuracy. That's basicly it, nothing more to say.

Looks good. Natural cure will heal sleep from Hypnosis leads, and Pokemon slower than you get whipped. The only thing you really need to worry about is scarfphlosion. Dragons aren't common leads so you won't need to worry about them.

Interesting support set. The novelty alone is enough to warrant a spot on your team. Does Magic Coat let

Garchomp *Ban Me!!!* @Leftovers
Jolly Nature
EVs: 216 HP / 124 SpD / 100 Spe / 68 Def
Ability: Sand Veil

Earthquake
Dragon Claw
Rest
Sleep Talk

No gimmick, it's an honestly working set. This Garchomp works as a Breloom and Heatran counter. Since Dragon Claw and Earthquake can rip them both wide open, it's no problem to deal with them. Garchomp also absorbs status moves aimed at my team. Sleep Talk isn't effected by Counter, by the way, making Wobbuffet a useless peice of crap on the switch in.
Are the EVs provided enough to survive Ice Beams, Ice Punches, and Ice Shards from common threats? Also, since you're slower than other dragons, can you survive Dragon Claws, Outrages, and Dragon Pulses? Other than that, looks fine.

Well, it doesn't get owned by Bronzong as badly as the standard Weavile.

Something tells me either Azelf or Uxie would do the job better. I don't like balance, but this is your choice. Moveset is fine.

Jirachi @Leftovers
Impish Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 176 Spe / 80 Def
Ability: Serene Grace

Zen Headbutt
Wish
U-Turn
Reflect

I used to have the SubMInd set, but, this became more useful in the end. It can outstall many things that tend to hurt it such as Gliscor, TyraniBoah and Blissey. I usually WishPass to the rest of team unless Lopunny isn't really of much use anymore, which results in the Healing Wish tatic.

I would drop reflect in favor for Body Slam or Protect.

Individually, your team is both unique and sturdy. However, as a whole, I see weaknesses being shared and an overall hard time switching in to certain attacks. Three of your Pokemon are weak to fire, and only one resists it. Two of your Pokemon are weak to bug and none resists it. Five of your Pokemon take neutral damage from Normal and Water, Azumarill would cause you troubles here. In total, you only have 5 resistances. Of those 5 resistances, only a single Pokemon on your team is weak to 4 of them. Five isn't that bad of a number, but it could be better.

He needs reflect otherwise Weavile will run trhough him

a generally good team, and despite what 0rly thinks, I think Azumarill will have problems getting through this team.

For your info, Punishment does NOT include items.

I would put U-Turn over protect on Mesprit.

I see some problems with certain Specs users, such as PoryZ, Salamence, and Gengar, but I can see ways you could work around those.
