Keep getting penalized...

I keep getting penalized for targeting a single player in for fun online, when they're the one running into my attacks, and out of the four of us, only the two of us were "fighting"

I also got kicked offline due to "irregular save data" How does this stupid punishment system work? I even got kicked for idling once, when I wasn't idling.

Yeah I got booted for idling too when I was trying to time out a Roselina who would just run and camp at the ledge.
When I finally got a stock lead I let her camp and I got booted.
