Nov 2007 is the best version. The newest is august 2008 I think, but that one sucks cause it has no client option.

Really? Awesome. That means I can put the November one with Mupen, because lack of working whatismyip is really annoying.

september is glitchy, usually doesn't work with november after a while and its vunerable to script attack if someone knew your port, it's laggier and doesn't let alot of people host

use november
