Just wanna create a small custom sound

Hello, need a little help. I'm trying to change the sound for Doc's pills when he puts them out and when they hit their target. I've looked all around for tutorials, but most involve using the default brawl sounds pack which, coincidentally, doesn't have the Doc specific sounds. Any help?

Heyo, I opened up my personal smashbros_sound.brsar in BrawlBox and think I may have found the sounds you are looking for.

I believe they are located in Info -> snd -> se -> mario
Pill Launch = squat.wav
Pill Hit = could be either coin.wav OR /Special/H01.wav (they are equivalent sound files so I'm pretty sure it's one of these, but you have to find out to be sure)

Thanks! Will just placing the modded brsar back into pf/sound work with Gecko? I've read that you have to use riivolution

Hmm... I believe it should work with Gecko, although I'm not sure. I think the Replacement SoundBank Engine (RSBE) for Gecko might be what you're looking for:
