Just cannot get it to work

Hello all, I really need some help. I have tried everything, i have reformatted my SD it is 2GB, reinstalled multiple times and everything that it says to do on the troubleshooting guide. Everytime i get into a match (if it loads up) as soon as the countdown starts, i get a loud pitched noise and the wii freezes. I've tried mulple SDs and i get the same result. Help?

Are you using hackless or homebrew? Do you have any other mods? Or this is Vanilla PM?

I had the noisy freeze problem with oversized files in pf/system/common5.pac, or when using certain textures. But you didn't mention whether or not you modified anything so we can't help you yet.
