Smash Wii u and Smash 3DS will not be 1:1 copies.

the Stage List and control Styles alone are probably enough to differentiate them, but it should be noted that the games aren't the same ROM file-just because one thing exists in one thing doesn't mean it is guarnteed for the other. so stuff like Vectoring and Eggstant Transmission isn't 100% in the Wii-u just because 3DS has it.

To put it simpler, think of the 2 games like Clone Characters-they may have the same base, but there are(usually) enough tweaks and differences that thy have different playstyles.

Im guessing that they will be in the wii u version because to make 2 sorta different versions of a game engine would be harder then just using the same engine

Isn't Vectoring meant to be in the game though? There's tips about it, aren't there?

Anyway, I'm sure the developers created the game in a way where all the values, properties, physics, etc. are mostly identical in both versions. Nothing to be afraid of.
