Is the character roster, the levels, and every aspect really set in stone? We all know that the game has Wi-Fi, so isn't it possible for them to add or modify new aspects into the game?

It would be a stretch. You've gotta take into account the sheer amount of data each character contains. Their model, each animation, each sound... It could end up being more than the Wii's memory might be able to handle. Stages are probably even more massive than characters... So I would say it's unlikely.

It is possible though, we won't really know for sure unless:

1. It's mentioned on the dojo
2. We've been playing brawl for about a year and nothing happens
