Seems to me like you neglected tilts, particularly utilt. There was more than once when a utilt instead of a usmash would have saved you getting hit. Also you didn't really use the jabs at all which are another quick hit that can set up for a SH attack. Other than using those quicker ground attacks its seems pretty solid especially in the air which is much more important for luigi.

Yea I also noticed that about my tilts, didnt really notice much about my jabs, Thanks alot!

Lacks Fireballs.

Try to be more offensive; I see too many places where you could grab and rack up damage easily but instead you dodge with him.

SparkEd's probably right, I tend to not grab enough so I don't notice that as much. Doesn't help that you can't really shield grab with Luigi..
