Ok, I know lots of peopel say they will get Brawl on the 9th at midnight, but won't Brawl be shipped on the 10th, availible on the 11th? Or am I just out of it?

When they say release, they mean available, so it will ship on the 9th, I believe. It can't ship on the 10th, it's a Sunday.

I thought it was the same for Galaxy and Phantom hourglass, but I had to wait an extra day before I got those.
