Smash Apprentice
In celebration of the our boy (Roy?) Lucas returning to the game I wanted to run my first ever online tournament for Smash 4! Of course, any DLC available by the tournament start date will be legal, including our guest of honor, Lucas! In addition I will record and upload the Semifinals and Grand finals and upload them with commentary to my Youtube channel via sending me your replays. My Nintendo ID is Fixitsan321, make sure to attach notes to your friend requests and replays so I know who you are and the order in which your replays occur! Thank you!
Legal starting stages will be:
- Final Destination
- Battlefield
- Smashville
- Duck Hunt
- Miiverse**
Counter picks will be:
- Castle Siege
- Delfino Plaza
- Halberd
- Town and City
- Lylat Cruise
- Dreamland
- All Starter Stages
Players will take turns striking starter stages until only one remains, after that loser picks a counter after the opposing player has strikken two stages. Striking FD bans all Omega stages.
Bracket will be Round Robin pools leading into a Double Elimination style bracket if enough people join in.
Start date is the 17th to give people a few days to acquire the DLC.
