Jump Cancel Throw Desync?

I looked around and couldn't find this so I apologize if it's already been discovered and I missed it.

If you're holding an item with either Nana or Popo and you jump cancel throw it (input jump and immediately Z or C-stick to throw,) the one holding the item will throw it while the other will do a jump and either airdodge if you used Z or do an aerial if you used the C-stick. You can input desynched moves from there. This is extremely easy to do and might actually lead into some combos if you did it with Diddy's bananas or something. I haven't had much time to experiment with it yet so I'd be curious to see what you guys think. Another nice thing about jump cancelling throws with the ICs is that if you run in one direction and JC throw backward, Nana will catch it and of course you'll be desynched. I think this could have a lot of possibilities. It's just too bad it's only good against characters who use items against you.

What is "desynching"? I know it's a little off topic but I've seen it everywhere in this forum and not in the others, and I have no idea.
