Fees:
**Venue - $3
Singles Bracket - $5
Doubles Bracket - $10 ($5 per player)
**Bringing a Full Set-up (CRT/TV + WII + SD w/ Project M 3.6B) results in a waived / refunded venue fee if you are present for the majority of the event.
House Rules:
- No Outside Food/Beverage will be allowed in the Venue. See Concessions for purchasing these items.
Car Pool Rule / Set-up Incentive:
Venue Fee is waived for each car pool of players that brings at least 2 set-ups to the event.
I.e -You bring 5 people and have 2 set-ups, no one pays venue fee.

<20: 70%, 30%
20 – 29: 60%, 30%, 10%
30 – 39: 55%, 30%, 10%, 5%
40 – 75: 48%, 22%, 15%, 10%, 2.5% Each
>76: 40%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% Each, 2.5% Each

* I repeat every set, including Winners and Losers finals will be best of 3. Grands will be the only best of 5 sets.
* 8:00 minute timer.
* All items set to OFF and item frequency set to NONE.
* Giga Bowser & Wario Man are banned.
* Input Assist set to OFF.
* Ties after the time limit are determined by stocks, then by percentage.
* Dave’s Stupid Rule: You cannot counter pick any stage you have won on in a set unless agreed upon by the opponent.
* The TO staff reserves the right to change rulesets accordingly in the event of a new release at least two weeks before the tournament.
After each match:
1. Winner announces stage bans
2. Loser chooses counterpick stage
3. Winner chooses their character
4. Loser chooses their character

* Stage Striking is 1-2-1
- Battlefield
- Fountain of Dreams
- Yoshi's Story Melee (Singles)
- Distant Planet (Doubles)
- Pokemon Stadium 2
- Smashville
Counter Pick Stages:
* 3 Bans
- Dreamland 64
- Final Destination
- Norfair
- Yoshi’s Island Brawl
- Wario Ware
- Green Hill Zone
