Hello everyone we're ready to tell you about our next event. we'll be hosting another tournament on July 18th at the community center within the giant food in willow grove.
About the venue:
This event is located at a new venue but like our previous location, it is also in the Philly suburbs. It is inside the Giant food store in Willow Grove. To get there, you enter through the right side entrance, turn right and there will be stairs and an elevator that'll take you to the community center where this event will be held. The train station is within walking distance and there are nearby bus stops. This venue has parking but it is shared with the grocery store so don't expect to park close to the building.. Another common feature with our previous venue is that Wawa is really close by however since we are in Giant, there is cafe inside. (This is a big ass Giant along the same lines as Wegmans)
Registration and Venue Fees:
We'll be opening the doors for registration around 10:00 AM and the first tournament will start around 11:45 AM.
Schedule:
It is important to note that we only have this venue until 6PM. unfortunately that is when they close. because of this limitation we will only be hosting singles tournaments. Both Sm4sh and Melee singles will be run simultaneously
10AM Friendlies & Registration
11:45AM to 12PM Both Tournaments Begin
Venue Fee: $10
Singles Entry: $5
Payouts:
1st: 60%
2nd: 30%
3rd: 10%
If less than 10 players:
1st: 80%
2nd: 20%
