I am a usual 3DS player and i wouldn't say i'm too bad. But the 3DS does limit how you move with Jigglypuff. After messing around with a GameCube controller, i found out that C-Stick set to attack and Tap jump on makes doing air moves a whole lot fast. It's actually very crazy to see her move so fast. It's probably very known by now, but i thought i might just give my input as a jigglypuff main :]. Try it for yourself and tell me how you feel.

Gamecube controllers do this for almost every character. Whoever you decide to main in the future, stick with a gamecube controller.
