according to serebii, when you hover over a groudon picture, you see 4 charactures. pikachu,pokemon trainer,Jigglypuff, and lucario

the last 2 are charactures and serebii has known it for a long time, according to them

the 2 pics are on serebii's 2nd announcement (below the manaphy one)
