I know you can pretty much get a free knee from zero, but thats about it. I know a lot of it is based on DI, but I'm just looking for the guaranteed knee percentages, because I know there are some.

I'm not quite sure if knee at 0 is guaranteed. I do know that from about 60% to 90% is pretty free for knees. I will test and edit this post when I get home from work later.
