Yes, it involves sliding you finger from y>b at a moderate speed, then quickly moving your finger back to y for another repetition. I'd suggest not sliding from b>y because y>b is the actual action of jc shining, so you can program your mind to be like "press the jc shine button" while your finger slides from y>b as if it were one button, kinda like your mind's wavedash button. also, it keeps repetitions separate so it's easier to stop multishinng. It is needlessly complicated to try the jc shine any other way.
