Jax Smash Help

Hello everyone, I need a bit of assistance if anyone can help. In about 2 weeks Smash Summit is on in LA and for now it appears I can make the event. I just wanted to know if anyone who is skilled in the Jax area could spare some time to help remove the rust that I do have, relearn any techniques I forgot over the last 2 years. Tuesday and Thursday are ideal at University of North Florida, but if necessary I can adjust my schedule as such. Just don't want to attend and waste the player's times, want to enjoy myself, but also play half decently.

Did you get the $500 compendium item to attend the event? Because Smash Summit is an invitational. You cannot go there unless you are invited or voted in. (Or in this case paid $500 which was limited to 5 people).

That is correct, taxes were quite kind to me this year. Figure a chance to see Cali and get some prime play in with the best would be a nice vacation from Florida.

idk the Florida scene, but you'll have much better luck finding local players on facebook. Check the Melee regional subforum > local facebook groups for a link, or just search "Florida Melee" on facebook. Have fun at the summit!
