Japanese/Melee Voices in Turbo Teasers?

Heya!

So, as the title says, through the original turbo video (the April Fools one, that is, located here -(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z92MxCndZa4&list=UUCfOTX8l2zpgiALWKBx43Mg))

You can hear Fox's melee voice, and I could swear the Ivysaur Japanese voice.. Am I going crazy, or will Project M be getting different voices?! :D

I believe I heard somewhere that Gecko users can now change sound files or something to that effect, but.. I wouldnt know how to go about that without mucking up Project M's files, as I can exactly find a guide on how to hack the sound effects themselves

Any member of PMBR interested in clarifying what I heard in the video, or perhaps give me a pat on teh head and tell me im crazy? Thank you

Oh, and uh.. for fun.. Anyone else realy interested in the Japanese brawl voices other than me? I just like the sound to them very much- but thats just an opinion, not saying they are "better" in any way x).

Yes, that was fox's and falco's melee voices. No, I don't think they'll just implement the voices. Too much controversy and will start a lot of ****storms.
As for sound edits with gecko, you're thinking of the Replacement Soundbank Engine, or RSBE. Here's a quick guide on using it.

As for Japanese voices, I myself used to use them.

They're the personal SFX of the person who records the footage, nothing more.

In the customized content section there is a thread where you can download the melee sfx and a gct with the soundbank engine already added. You can also add it yourself with gct edit. Then use supersaudz to make your own bnk files. The day the soundbank came about i was studying HARD on that stuff.

Are there any cool japanese voice packs? I would get them if they were superior to the english ones
