Well it's on an emulator (the red 88 in the upper-left is a sign of FRAPS, and there's a lack of invincibility flashing), and it seems unlikely that either player traveled across the Pacific ocean to play with each other without announcing it to the community.

If Jaime or Jousuke went to Japan/America I think everyone would know. No question it's online the only question is how many frames of delay it was.

Wasn't actually a joke. I just quoted that from a post someone made back when we were talking about delay tier lists. It was like DK then falcon in top tier. I forget where samus was.
