Jab-jab-jab issue

hey guys, does anyone know why this would be happening...

when i use one jab with my character, even after the jab animation ends and the wait animation starts, if i try to initiate a jab again the 2nd jab is activated rather than the first. obviously what is supposed to happen is the 2nd jab can only be initiated during the first jab, and if the wait animation loads and you initiate jab again, it activates jab 1.

I duno what is causing this, does anyone have any ideas?

well im using a vBrawl lucario over P:M lucario. and i changed all the script in all his subactions to the P:M script. but this issue is still happening so i dont know why
